We work under a certificate of inclusion in the register of customs representatives of the Russian Federal Customs Service (FTS). Our office sits next to the Novorossiysk sea port, so customs matters are settled quickly, and our liability is joint and several with the declarant.

Customs declaration

• Electronic declaration (ED2) under the import procedure

Forwarding and delivery

We arrange delivery of the cargo from the port to the temporary storage warehouse in Novorossiysk, coordinate the shipping lines, terminals and hauliers, and track the cargo at every stage.

How we work

• Enquiry: we review the cargo, the documents and the route and calculate the cost, 1 working day
• Preparation: the documents are collected and checked, classification and calculation of the payments, 1 to 3 working days
• Declaration: filing the DT and dealing with customs, on the day the documents are ready
• Release: we monitor the release of the goods and hand the documents to the client, per the FTS procedure
• Delivery: arranging onward transport, by agreement
