Which countries do you work with?
Egypt is our main lane and most of our produce comes from there. But we clear, store and sell cargo from any country of origin — Turkey, Morocco, Israel, Serbia, Latin America. Same terms.
How is a supplier in Egypt or another country paid?
As the cargo sells on the Russian market. No advance on the lot is needed: you are paid when the goods sell. The terms are the same whatever the origin.
Which crops do you supply?
Oranges, grapes, pomegranates, potatoes, onions and carrots. Other lines on request.
Can the goods be prepared for a retail chain's requirements?
Yes. We pack, label and palletise to the buyer's and the retail distribution centre's specification, including what X5, Magnit, Lenta, Svetofor and others ask for.
Where is the cargo stored?
In Novorossiysk, in the warehouse and the cold store. We ship lots against your orders.
Who handles customs and certificates?
We do. Customs clearance, phytosanitary certificates and shipping documents are on us.
How do we find out prices and terms?
Prices depend on the shipment and the season, so we quote each one individually. Describe the produce, the volume and the timing in the chat and we will come back with terms.
Can I order a line that is not on the site?
Yes, write to us. We work with more than the six main crops.
Are you a customs representative?
Yes. OOO Greentorg is on the register of customs representatives of the Russian Federal Customs Service and works under an FTS certificate, with the office next to the Novorossiysk sea port.
What does customs clearance include?
Electronic declaration (ED2), preparation and filing of the DT, classification under TN VED EAEU, calculation of duties, VAT and fees, support during inspection, phytosanitary control, certification and Chestny ZNAK marking.
Do you work with Egypt only?
No. Egypt is our most established lane, but we accept and clear cargo from any country: the customs representation, the warehouse and the sales channel work the same way.
